"Awful."

Absolutely awful! Left a patient without medication for 4 hours after saying they will get it right away when asked. Extremely rude and judgmental towards the patient, not believing them about the pain that they were in. We were abandoned in various cubicles waiting to see different people. Sat in A&E for 13 hours and counting and still haven't got an answer. The communication between staff is awful, they do not update each other and it was left to the patient to tell them. Definitely would not recommend this hospital to anyone. The way they speak to patients is disgusting and sickening, sarcastic, rude and judgmental. The fact that the patient is meant to trust these people with their life and they act like this is absolutely disgusting!
