Attended for day surgery for urethral surgery returned from surgery and the catheter pulled out from my bladder. Had to be sent to North Staffs Hospital to admissions unit, even though I am physically disabled with no thought to how I can return home. Luckily, the staff were brilliant and ward sister helped me get home.
Why are there no hospital beds at county hospital for urology patients?
