(as the patient),

I was really impressed by the excellent treatment and care I received when attending eye casualty yesterday.

The triage nurse, reception staff, nurse and doctor were all helpful, reassuring, pleasant and professional. I was seen in a timely manner and although alone and in pain, reassurance was provided by a great doctor who removed foreign matter from my eyes followed by a thorough eye examination and reassurance that my eyes were OK.

I would like to thank all the team for the care they provided yesterday, the thoughts I had about losing my sight were quickly erased and the treatment received quickly helped resolve the pain. Thank you.
