"Accident and emergency experience"

About: Morriston Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My wife slipped and hit her head bad on the concrete. Explained when signed in. Two hours later still waiting to see triage nurse only 5 in front of us. This was a head injury saw the triage nurse then waited another 2 and a half hours to see doctor. She has concussion. Long delays for no reason badly managed people waiting 5 hours to have a tetanus another to have cut glued. A nurse to see to these easy things would bring the waiting times down. As for the waiting area, dirty under the seats have not been cleaned in weeks. Toilet bins full but not emptied although cleaner checked twice. Not acceptable in this day and age.
