"Out to Lunch at the Madhouse Cafe"

About: King Edward Vii Hospital (Windsor)

Having been under the hospital for a couple of years or so I had an appointment early January 2016 where we agreed an operation, signed the consent etc. So I was surprised to receive a letter mid February asking to make an appointment. The letter was automated and vague to the extent I had no idea what it was about. I called into the unit, not wanting to waste their time to be told my operation had been cancelled, completely and I would have to attend another outpatients appointment, six weeks later at the end of March.

Any psychiatrists wishing to take on the issues that some of the staff at this unit have please feel free. Personally I'd rather have an operation at a hospital that inspires a little more confidence. Simply disgraceful behaviour.
