"Secretary appalling manners"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

The breast care team at Blackburn and burnley are appalling , they have no idea what one is going through, very deeming, no manners speak to you like your nothing, and everyone of them try and pass the book on , they never return your calls , incompetent and unreliable to say the least , the secretary does not hold any information that you may require hence will try and pass it on to someone else to deal with who is none the wiser!!

I am really sorry you are unhappy with the way you have been dealt with when you have contacted the department.

We take all comments very seriously and I have forwarded them to the Business Manager for the Department so that they can be brought to the attention of the staff.
