I haven't got a bad word to say about he doctor or the Minster Ward staff, the staff are really friendly and make you a lot less nervous about your operation.
The doctor could see that I was nervous about my Hernia operation and let me know they have done hundreds of these ops & I had nothing to worry about in their hands.
After my op the doctor came back to the ward twice to make sure all the patients they worked on were alright and had a little joke with me when I was spaced out from the General Aesthetic which I thought was really funny :)
When I was ready to go home and I could walk again, a staff member of the Minster ward offered to wheel chair me to the exit as they could probably see I was struggling a little. I also forgot to pick up my sick note when leaving and when I rung up they had already sent it off in the post.
Today is the day after my Op and I'm in a bit of pain but it's not the end of the world, I can tell the doctor has done an excellent job on my Hernia repair :)
