"cardiac angiogram"

I was recently referred to the hospital by the NHS and very quickly had an initial consultation to explain what the procedure involved. Within a fortnight it was carried out and at all times the staff were outstandingly kind and took great pains to tell me what was happening. Within an hour of the angiogram being carried out, the doctor responsible was there to talk through the results and outline the next stage.

What was most noticeable during both visits was that although the car park and waiting areas were busy, everyone seemed to be seen very quickly, calmly and efficiently . I simply cannot envisage how my treatment could possibly have been better and feel the whole process represents the gold standard in patient care
