What could be improved
The Car Park was very, very bad. I cannot believe I had to pay £3 to park on a building site for less than 15 minutes.
Anything else?
The lifts were not working and there was no sign. I was directed there by recpetion who were un-aware that the lifts were not working. I had to wade through mud to get to the door and the entrance was wet and dirty.
