"My Treatment over a year"

Well I have been attending the above hospital after registering for over a year and four months . I have type two diabetes , my teeth were terrible, also I was terrified of dentists

My student (who was then in the fourth year ) put me at ease , straight away . The treatment I recieved has been fantastic , I have been involved in all aspects , all the staff are stars . Today was my last day , I now have the biggest smile my teeth are beautiful . My student who is in their final few months is my hero, they will go far. So good luck to everyone with their exams . You have made me so happy
