"Use of A&E on Saturday 13th February 2016."

About: Bristol Eye Hospital

I was given a number 5 when I entered A&E. I was told the one doctor on duty that day was late.

I was initially diagnosed with ulcers in my right eye.

It took 3 and a half hours to see the Doctor on duty.

When I left the A&E Department a patient had just arrived and was given card number 29.

I could not see that it would be possible for one overworked Doctor to see that many patients by close.
