What I liked

The relationship the doctors and nurses and the politeness of all the staff members involved in my care. I was always told what was happening and things were explained to me. I also felt I was able to ask questions, and had the doctors and nurses not been friendly, caring and willing to listen, I would have not bothered asking.

I have been treated in both the Treatment Centre and the main hospital and found both to be very clean everywhere I looked.

What could be improved

I feel that the Reception desks in all the hospital departments should have somebody available all the time.

Thank you for taking the time to post comments on your recent experience; we really do appreciate and encourage patient feedback. We were particularly glad you found the Hospital to be clean as hygiene and cleanliness are key principles of infection control, and also that communication channels between yourself, doctors and nurses were constructive. We do endeavour to have staff on ward reception desks as often as possible, but as you point out we are unable to achieve this at all times and we apologise for the inconvenience when we are unable to provide this facility.
