"mom,s stay in ward A7 for elderly"

About: New Cross Hospital

Mom taken in hospital for unsteady on legs ,first taken to stroke ward ,which she didn't have then transferred to A7 ,started on thickened drinks no food ,she was hungry,staid it was something do do with her throat, which she never came in with ,stayed in just over a week ,uncle phoned to see how she was told she,s very good eating ,walking well ,I went to fetch her out same day she could not even hold her own weight , couldn't walk feed herself drink or nothing , which she could do when she went,also she became incontenent while there she was not like this ,got her home went to change her pads she was in a right state was sent home like this next day went to change her noticed plaster on side only to find they had not removed the caffitar ,had to remove it myself after phone calls to hospital .
