"Referral problems at Walsgrave Hospital"

my story as follows I was in Walsgrave hospital in Coventry in June. The ward was nice and the staff were polite. Unfortunately I had some problems over a referral which I was initially told would be done by the hospital from a doctor who visited me on the ward the day i left hospital. I later received a letter from the medical director of the hospital stating that I should not have been told that information. Now time has elapsed when I could have been referred by my doctor.Also now they did not test my water when I was in hospital, which I think could be a serious mistake to make. so I have had to write again to the medical director of Walsgrave hospital.
