"visit to endoscopy unit"

I would like to thank the lovely staff of the endoscopy unit for their assistance during a recent visit. I had elected for a spray to numb my throat prior to this procedure, but was very nervous and apprehensive. All the staff were unfailingly kind and helpful, and actively sought to reassure me both prior and during the process. Whilst not the nicest investigation to have, it was made more bearable by the patient attention given to me by the staff. Much appreciated!
