"Endoscopy"

I attended St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre for an Endoscopy.

I was very impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness of the waiting area.

Having booked in at the reception desk the waing time for my treatment was very short.

I was extremely impressed by the friendly personal staff, each one doing their part in a calming reassuring fashion.

Seeing so many patients ,they certainly made me feel for the time spent preparing and having the procedure, that I was in very good hands.

The staff need to know they are doing a very good professional job, I am most grateful, if one has to have this procedure don't think it could have been made any easier.
