"Orthopaedic outpatient experience."

I would like to congratulate the City hospital on my recent appointment at the specialist ankle clinic.

On arrival I was helped to book in and given directions to the clinic by a helper.

I asked if I could see the consultant ,thinking this may not be possible as it was a follow up appointment.i know I had arrived early but within minutes the consultant called me though.

They were very attentive and efficient.I felt listened to and reassured.

I have to say over the years I have been attending both hospitals this was a 5 star experience.
