"Rude and unhelpful staff!"

After a TURBT I had in December i was told i would need a followup cystoscopy in March. As I haven't received confirmation of the appointment I thought i would get hold of someone within the Urology department who could help me - good luck with that! The staff are rude and extremely unhelpful, they barely acknowledge that you have called, placing you on hold straight away. After 10 minutes or so they repeatedly cut you off. After receiving good care in December I find this so frustrating and disappointing.
