"Great place - when you locate it!"

Everyone at the Clinic was pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The Consultant fantastic and the two nurses lovely.

Our only concern is that as we had been given the name Brants Bridge Healthspace and were travelling from a distance.

This only presented us with a problem as we could not find London Road named or signposted.

We only saw signs to Bracknell Clinic.

After stopping at The Harvester for directions we then realised we needed to follow those signs.

We did not see Brants Bridge signed until just as we were entering the road for the clinic.

We never did see a sign saying ' Brants Bridge Healthspace.

Infact when we entered the building I checked that The Royal Berkshire Healthspace was indeed the place we required.

Apart from that a very good experience - thus the high marks!

I'm pleased to read that your experience with the staff was very positive.

Thanks for raising the issues with the signage and name of the building.

Another hospital Trust owns the building etc and we have to work with them regarding the signage. I've sent your feedback to our outpatient team and they are going to review all the signs and then update both our website and appointment letters accordingly.
