"Very disorganised dept"

About: Diana, Princess Of Wales Hospital

This dept has to be worse for admin, I have to attend a clinic every 6 weeks for apt and each time I am told that they will send me a appointment and I don't need to phone. This will be my 5th visit coming up and once again I have not had apt through, I am told it takes a while for notes etc to come from clinics and then it was Christmas blah blah blah. The apt line has noe changed so it is even harder to get through as you can end up with any deot answering the phone apart from one you want. Also because they take so long to input notes etc, I keep receiving letters telling me I did not attend, shame the apt letters aren't so quick, I even had DNA put on a sheet for another consultant at Grimsby different dept which was not happy about as makes me look like I don't go to appts when I do. The service needs a major overhaul as far as admin are concerned. Cannot fault the consultants and the treatment is first class
