"Appointment sent to wrong address. Again."

Mother of a friend. In hospital for some time. Serious condition, probably near to end of life. She had been in The City General Hospital and was transferred to Bradwell Hospital. Her daughter was informed that she, (her mother), would be sent for to go back to the City General to investigate the reason for her losing blood through her catheta. (She has been catheterised for some time). The summons back to the City General would you believe, was sent to her mothers home address despite the fact that The City General has discharged her to Bradwell.

This is not ther first time that this has happened. One one occastion, notification that she had been transferred to another ward was also sent to her home and once a message to the same effect was left on her answerphone despite the fact that it was she who was in hospital.

Will someone please gather this one up and run with it.

(And we complain that some people dont attend appointments!)
