About: Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust

Revision hip operation required due to a bad job elswhere.Pre-op Assessment cancelled twice so-what! No problem.

procedure carried out on 2 June 2015-ward D

Consultants Orthopaedic Surgery team was brilliant-no complaints.

Ward staff very helpful -no complaints.

Aftercare very good - no complaints.

Physiotherapy dept.very helpful and instructive, very encouraging.

The whole experience was very humbling and the staff without exception deserve the highest praise.

ANY COMPLAINTS-YES. I am not allowed to name individuals.

To summarize- I don't know why people complain at the slightest little thing.
