"No communication and couldn't care less"

Absolutely appalling doctor.

Was sent here apparently because the doctor was a specialist

Saw them they really skimmed over my symptoms, no examination, said my bloods showed no inflammation so was not concerned and was going to discharge me even though i'd been sent there for an ultrasound in the first place and been waiting 6 months for it.

When i asked about it they reluctantly said they would let me have one but i'd have to go on the waiting list again! Unbelieveable.

One person manning main desk with a huge queue and over hour and half wait.

Very upset and angry and the staff just couldn't care less when i tried to speak to them about it. The doctor was already halfway out of the door when they asked if there were any final questions!

So rude. Hope i don't need to stay here!
