Family member admitted for respiratory problems, although nursing staff pleasant unable to give detailed information and plans. Concerns raised by family not taken seriously, even though spent a week in hospital, only managed 3 days at home before requiring readmission.

As a qualified nurse with 30 years acute experience, I believe the standard of care and patient discharge planning to be extremely below standard.
