What I liked

All members of staff explained procedures to me all the time. I was admitted as an emergency via ambulance in a part of the country where I did not live, this was taken into consideration and one was put at ease immediately. I was treated respectfully, as a person at all times and not a number.

The hospital staff were very polite at all times.

What could be improved

The food, it was quite bland and not hot at all.

Anything else?

The hospital and services were very good and I requested that I get my further appointments here rather than at my local hospital. My condition was explained exceptionally well, which put me in a more peaceful state.
