(as the patient),

I wanted to say that my occupational therapist, Janette has been the best help I have had.

Over the years I have had CPNs and never got the help that Janette gave me. She taught me coping mechanisms for my anxiety and also relaxation. I am very grateful to Janette for everything she taught me. She is a lovely person and calls a spade a spade which I really like. I will never be able to thank her enough.

Thanks so much for your message, it is great to hear how our staff are making a real difference to you.

I notice that you say that Janette is an Occupational Therapist. We don’t actually have an OT called Janette. However, we think that you may be referring to Janette our Rehab Officer, who goes out and visits people….
