"Excellent Elderly Care Unit"

About: Homerton University Hospital

My elderly friend with severe dementia spent 6 weeks here over Christmas 2015 and I was highly impressed with the standard of care. Staff seemed well motivated, the ward was run very efficiently, communication was good and the final discharge service was extremely helpful and speedy.

I have never been in a ward for the elderly that had such a calm and collected air and where the staff showed so much affection and care for the patients..
