Visited children's ED on a busy Saturday with my 10yo who had had a riding accident. All the staff were friendly, calm, compassionate and prompt. We saw a receptionist, three nurses, an HCA, a doctor, radiography staff, all were introduced by name and were so kind. We were seen straight away, did not have to wait very long for anything. A distressing and scary time was made so much more bearable. Thank you so so much for your professionalism, I'm so glad we live near such a super hospital with such dedicated staff. Well done the NHS! I really don't think people realise just what a brilliant service we have.
