"Cancellations"

I was due for an orthopaedic operation in December. This was cancelled due to lack of beds.

I was prepared again for the operation in January , which was again cancelled at the last minute as the Hospital does not have the contract they need to supply the sterilisation equipment for my operation.

Staff, without exception have been charming, but what a waste of their time and resources and of my time.

I seem to be back to square one!!

I thought this was a hospital. I am speechless .
