"Impossible to get an appointment"

The reception staff at wheatbridge are extremely rude.They started by saying they couldn't get me in till 1 week and 2 days later so I said that will have to do.

Then I asked if a doctor could phone me as I am in very bad pain with my back and the receptionist still had nothing. Nobody could phone me for a 2 minute call to help with my back just till I can see the doctor a week and 2 days later. The receptionist then shouted and said you will have to ring at 8 o clock in the morning and when i retaliated I was the 1 being rude.

I have had enough!
