What I liked

All the nursing staff on the Beaumont Ward were very friendly and professional. All doctors and nurses involved with the Breast Care Unit were excellent. We were kept informed at all time what was happening and treated with great respect.

What could be improved

The food was not always hot when it came to the patient a small improvement could be made to that service.

wrote recently to the Chief executive and was very impressed to get a letter back personally from the chief executive himself. thought this showed excellent Customer First approach. Thank you
