"They kept forgetting to change my catheter"

I wish there was a separate section to review the team in the gynaecology clinic . They were so fantastic . The surgery team acted with competence , professionalism and warmness.

The gynaecological nurses were wonderful at providing a listening ear . This team would get five stars .

Some of the nurses who looked after me in my stay and day care staff were better but I felt that their duties were too much for me to feel properly cared for.

I found the lack of pastoral support during a difficult time quite surprising.
