Dear Madam,

Thanks for your review - it is extremely disappointing to read but important that we act immeditely to understand more about who this member of staff was who behaved in such a poor manner ?

It is never acceptable for any of our staff to be rude and abrupt when delivering care and I am extremely sorry if this was the case for you.

Please get in touch with me directly : annie.laverty@nhct.nhs.uk - I will share your review with the team as we always do. Whilst your contact remains anonymous I am prevented from taking any more steps to avoid this happening again in the future.

I would urge you to get in touch, or submit a formal complaint as intended, so that we can investigate and discover what went wrong.

With best wishes,

Annie
