I stayed at Queens on Nuffield Ward from Jan 29th for seven days. From the moment I arrived I was put at ease from the staff and everyone I came into contact with. The lovely people who brought in the wonderful food each day to the lovely people who cleaned the room each day. Everyone had a smile. To all of you thank you so very much for all your care and your kindness.
