"I was an out patient in the Eye ..."

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was an out patient in the Eye Department.

The reception staff at both the main and the department and the nurses were cheerful, polite, helpful and understanding.

The specialist I saw listened to what I had to say and spoke with confidence and reassurance. He explained each procedure and advised of future inestigations.

I was treated on time with dignity and respect.

Highly Recommended

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We've passed your comments to the Eye Department so that all staff can be made aware.
