As a mum of two boys I thought we would've had many visits to the minor injuries/emergency department but thankfully, up until yesterday, we've been lucky! Our first visit could not have left a better impression on us. From the moment we were greeted at the front desk to the moment we left we were treated kindly and compassionately. Our nurse was amazing. Putting both my 6 year old son's and my mind at rest, with their considerate explanations and genuine caring nature. I really hope we don't have to visit again any time soon but I know that the whole thing will be a little less daunting next time thanks to the wonderful service we received yesterday. Thank you.
