"Broken wrist"

About: Diana, Princess Of Wales Hospital

I recently had to stay in hospital for a broken wrist which needed surgery on it.I was admitted on the mon afternoon and had to wait till the Thurs afternoon for my op.I was told the surgery would be done on the Tues but never happened as over people with broken hips had priority over me.They should have been honest with me at the start. If I had gone home,I would have lost my bed and would be bk at square one. Most of the staff we're nice but the odd nurses were a bit rough with the eldery and would be better working in a factory! The food though was lovely and I enjoyed it!There isn't enough staff though and they are underpaid in my opinion!

Hello Julie, thank you very much for your comments, which have been shared with the manager for surgery.

Best wishes,
