The friendliness of the staff
What could be improved
The area's are not clean, there is litter around the hallways and stairs (I know this is also the publics fault) but it looked like it had never been swept for days - some of the bins had not been emptied, there were tissues on the floors, this is not very hygenic, I was so dissapointed in the supposedly new hospital
