"They never answer the phone."

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

I've tried calling this hospital 30 times at various times of the day from early morning through to late night....yet after being put through by the switchboard and also calling the direct line number they never ever answer the phone making it impossible to contact sick relatives or get any information about their condition.

I am really sorry that you have tried calling 30 times at various time of the day and been unable to contact the team for information regarding your sick relative.
