"Fantastic service from everyone apart for the..."

I've been extremely well looked after by everyone involved, yet my only gripe is you've failed at the last hurdle with the pharmacy taking (currently) over 3.5 hrs to sort my meds so I can leave! Extremely disappointed to hear the staff on the ward have been hung up on by theirs fellow colleagues in the pharmacy! Yet give no indication on time scales etc

Very poor communication from them!

Thank you for the feedback it is appreciated. Our Chief Pharmacist would appreciate you giving more details regarding her team being rude to colleagues so she can investigate it, you can do this by emailing myself jonathan.wright@meht.nhs.uk. Pharmacy are introducing a tracking system that can be viewed from the wards so that nursing staff will be able to see what the status of prescriptions are in the pharmacy.
