"Herts Urgent Care - Excellent service"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

Following a call to 111, we were made an appointment for our daughter at 9am this morning. The staff at reception were friendly and efficient, and booking in was straight forward. There was a 15 minute wait, but considering the nature of the department, that is totally acceptable.

The doctor that saw us was friendly and reassuring, assessing our daughter with the expertise of someone who has dealt with babies before.

All in all, (including our experience with 111) we are very happy with the service we received.

Although based in our urgent care centre at the New QEII hospital, the out-of-hours GP service is not managed by us - but we are more than happy to pass your thanks on to them though!

We do hope that your daughter is beginning to feel better.
