I don't know which word best describe the professionality and passion for their job of the MIU member of staff. The Doctor/Nurse who visited me today delivered exceptional treatment, they allow me to talk letting me explain my problems, than they visited me "properly" and explain me professionally in detail the issue. What a Doctor I was impressed in 10 years I been living in this country I never received a similar treatment and not only I felt back home in Italy actually better. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and you can see they are doing their job with love and passion. There are so many other things to say like the cleanness and no long waiting and ect. But I want say one more thing Thank you!

As the Matron of the hospital I am extremely proud of the service we provide in the Minor Injuries Department. The Nurse Practitioner led department is a valuable local service which is seeing increasing numbers of patients with minor illness and injury, so to hear about your positive experience is fantastic. The staff are also very proud of the department so I will ensure your feedback is shared with them. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
