"Review re Alexander Ward of Woking community..."

As relatives we were very disappointed with the care our relative had when an inpatient of this facility.

For example this was an elderly person who was frequently left without drinks, or not supported to drink them. This would appear to us to have had consequences for his health. there were also 2 visits back to a and e due to falls, this would not necessarily be any negligence from the ward however leaving it for days in one case and hours in another would not seem best practise.
