My apologies that you have been unable to reach the hospital on the number above; we are aware that this line can become busy and patients sometimes have trouble getting through. I will pass your feedback on to management in the Referral and Booking Service so that they can investigate as this is their number, and would ask that if you encounter this problem again you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) team on 0113 2066261 who may be able to help.
