The last 12 months have seen a sharp decline in customer service from the Trust. I've had to visit three different departments and all shared the same problem of no communication and failure to return emails or phone messages.
Patients are by their very nature in periods of severe stress and anxiety. This is made worse by the failure to show basic courtesy of responding to requests for information on appointments and results.
