"Reception staff"

I went to the surgery twice in the past month, and this occasion I was a little early, and was sitting near the reception. I was so impressed with the way the receptionists, (one in particular) treated everyone that came in. They have a cheery word for everyone, and recognised the regulars. They were very accommodating, and very polite and helpful to everyone that came in.

The surgery beats the old one hands down. At least now you dont have to ask the whole reception what time their appointment is, in order to find out where you are in the Q! I was seen on time both occasions, and was very impressed overall.
