I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff in Liverpool.

A very upsetting experience was made much easier by the kind, patience and care from the staff. I disagree with some of the comments on here. I never felt I was rushed, I was supported and looked after in such a kind way, I was encouraged to take my time before and after my procedure.
