"Joint working with Ward 19"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Mental Health (Wards 19 &20)

(as a staff member),

Our team- CITT - were working with a young person admitted to ward 19.

The staff communicated very well with us in CITT and CAMHS Service. They made joint working as seamless as possible and were open and friendly towards our team and made us feel welcome into their ward.

Dear Jaks1

Many thanks for you kind acknowledgement of the helpfulness of the staff in ward 19 at Hairmyres hospital and how this enhanced joint working.

I will pass you comments onto the ward staff. It is always nice to receive positive feedback.

Kind Regards

Anne-Marie
