"Birth of baby daughter"

My daughter was born at Burnley Central Birth Suite in January. From start to finish all the staff were amazing.

Due to shift changeover I had 2 midwives looking after me during labour (and a student nurse), all of whom were excellent. Attentive, caring, helpful and carried out all of my wishes where possible. Unfortunately due to baby being a little stressed I did require intervention, but this was explained and carried out well.

I also required the help of the doctors, anaesthetist and surgeons. All of whom did an excellent job, were really pleasant, caring and upbeat (despite many of them being at the end of a 12hr shift and likely a little tired).

I am so thankful to live in a country where this type of care is available. Thanks to the excellent team at Burnley my daughter arrived safe and sound. I would not hesitate to recommend Burnley Central Birth Suite.
