Awful. Distressing appointment system - insurmountable. No female doctors and now down to one doctor and a nurse, despite it being a new purpose built surgery. No care or consideration from reception staff. Not sure what the surgery is there for apart from put people off using GP services. Horrible. You know things aren't good when a service doesn't advertise it's complaints procedure or make it easily accessible.
